If you feel that you need something brand new, you can trade it in at Kay jewelers and pick your own ring (see trade-in policy below). I have all of the original paperwork. The solitaire was purchased for 2995.00 (appraised for 3995.00 in 1994) and the wrap was purchased for 495.00. Although you have to trade-up (double the cost), since this ring was bought a while ago, it's value has appreciated and is worth more at trade-in. I can meet you at a Kay Jeweler in the Capital District to verify authenticity and trade-in value. It's like you are getting a free credit for more than $1300.00 at Kay if you decide to trade this in.
